工作职责描述/ Job Responsibility & Duties
-配合绿色建筑设计及性能模拟；/Complete green building design & relevant simulation and analysis
-开展绿色建筑咨询和技术服务工作；/Developing green building consulting and technical services
-完成绿色建筑咨询相关工作。/ Complete green building consulting-related jobs
任职资质/ Job Requirement
-本科及以上学历，建筑、建筑技术、暖通、给排水等相关专业；/ Bachelor degree or above, majored in Architecture, Building technology ,HVAC, Water Supply and Drainage or other fields relevant
-两年以上工作经验，熟悉《绿色建筑评价标准》、《公共建筑节能设计标准》或美国LEED评估体系，具有设计经验或LEED AP证书者优先考虑；/ More than two years of working experience, familiarity with standards of Evaluation Standard of Green Building & Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings or The LEED Green Building Rating System. Part of experience gained from design experience or LEED AP certificate is preferred
-有独立完成不少于3个二星级及以上标识认证项目经验，能够担任绿建项目经理，独立完成绿建相关工作；/ At least three project experiences at Identification and Certification .As a project managers.Complete relevant work of green construction independently.
-熟练掌握一种及以上绿建设计相关软件，如PKPM、斯维尔、CFD，能独立完成能耗模拟、采光模拟、自然通风模拟等工作； / At last an application software masterly,such as PKPM，Swell，CFD and etc. Complete energy consumption simulation & Lighting simulation & Natural ventilation simulation and etc.
--良好的中英文表达、书写能力 / Good at both oral and written English
- 诚实、正直，能在压力下完成工作 / Honesty, faithful, with high team-work spirit and can work under pressure
